Looking for a more efficient run stride? Work with our running technique specialist to film your current run form. We analyze your form with you, allowing you to see what you’re doing correctly or incorrectly. The coach will then assess the proper drills to correct your form and work with you for an hour on those drills.
At Sports Performance Concepts our practice is devoted primarily to the treatment and prevention of athletic injuries utilizing various soft tissue techniques such as Active Release Techniques (ART), Graston, Fascial Distortion, Cupping, and more.
